2. Organization Name: Young Generation Association.
2. Head Office: Its activities will be conducted at the West Chanpur Kumari Convenient Facility inside Narayanhat of Fatikchari Upazila.
2. Work area: Currently, Fatikchari Upazila. If the issue is spread then it will spread all over Bangladesh.
2. Objectives and goals:
Objectives: The main objective is development. It will work for the development of society and people. One of the purposes is to run alongside the poor and helpless.
The goal:
The aim of the Young Generation Association is to create a beautiful and happy society through the service of the helpless and the poor. In a society where there will be no helpless people, there is the screaming of the poor, dropout of the students due to lack of financial services and premature death due to lack of medical treatment. That is, to help the poor and the poor alike in our capacity. In addition to expanding education in the future, Niba Insha Allah is in the process of creating employment for the unemployed youth.
2. Membership and Rules:
(A) Qualification: - Interested person must have passed minimum PSC.
(B) Must have the mentality of serving the poor and poor.
(C) A meeting of the organization shall be convened at 9am on the first Friday of every month and attend this meeting.
(D) Subscriptions monthly deducted by the organization must be submitted.
(F) The activities are conducted on the basis of the opinions of all the members of the organization.
(4) Ways to become a Member:
The member must collect the form and submit it, or fill it out online at www.TPS19.blogspot.com.
(4) Reasons for cancellation of membership:
(A) If there is sound evidence of antisocial activity in the name of a member, his membership will be deemed canceled.
(B) If a member has a 6 month subscription, his membership will be canceled.
(C) Must be located in at least 5 meetings a year (out of 12) otherwise membership will be canceled.
(D) if any activities which are against the interests of the organization are involved.
(E) If any member voluntarily resigns
(3) Reinstatement of canceled post shall be made on:
(A) Appointment should be made to the President for reinstatement of the canceled post as well as a written statement of accountability.
It is important to note that the application will be considered through a special meeting of the organization and if it is outstanding, it should be paid.
(3) Ways to get help / services:
The person wishing to receive the help will have to fill out certain forms through a member and receive help. It is important to note that the person will get the desired service only if the application is accepted at the general meeting.
(4) In connection with the payment of persons other than the members:
The donation of any person who is not a member of the organization will be accepted if such donation is to be self-sufficient / selfless and unconditionally
2. Regarding the funding of the organization:
A) The company will have only one fund, which will be in the name of the current account in a bank.
B) All transactions, work schedules and annual revenue accounts of the organization must be submitted at the Annual Meeting.
C) Transaction of the Fund must be in writing with any minimum of 2 persons.
12. Meeting Ceremony
(A) There will be a meeting of executive and general members every month.
(B) If not possible every month, meetings should be held at intervals of 2 months.
(3) Organizational Structure:
This organization is being run by a six level organizational structure. Namely:
(A) Advisory Council.
